Doss Aviation, Inc. provides management, supervision, personnel, and labor for the operation of the petroleum facilities and fill stands at NAS Whidbey Island, WA. Our support operations include receiving, inventory, storage, handling, and issue operations of bulk products (JP8, JP5, MUR, and LS2) received by truck and barge; fuel services (refueling/defueling,) of aviation fuel, to aircraft, ground support equipment, facilities using mobile refueler and and hot pit refueling systems, quality assurance, sampling, testing, inventory management, fuel laboratory operations, transfer of product of all grades received and issued and operate a manual/automated retail service station.
We also inventory and submit all fuels accounting documentation to supply. We perform all maintenance and servicing requirements on a company-owned fleet of refueler/defueler vehicles.
