Doss provides organizational and intermediate level maintenance on this helicopter maintenance contract by staffing all the elements of the organization with trained and certified personnel. This consists of a Quality Control Section, Supply Section, Maintenance Operations Control Section, Plans, Scheduling and Documentation Section, Phase Inspection Section, and Flight line Maintenance Section. We maintain, service, ground handle, launch, recover, inspect, and repair all unit assigned aircraft, engines, and associated mission support equipment in support of the 36th rescue/medical evacuation flight at Fairchild. Additionally, we accomplish corrosion prevention, off-equipment maintenance, on-equipment structural maintenance, and calibration services – using the host unit for calibration support. The Flight line Section maintains the capability to perform sheet metal fabrication and lines/hoses build-up and testing.
Doss employees are responsible for managing and maintaining tools and equipment to include, but not limited to, TMDE, SE, special tools, CTKs, PMEL, Personal Protective Equipment control, and Automated Inventory Control.
